Packing
All our orders are packed with care!
Single cards will be sleeved, inserted in semi-rigid card savers/toploaders, sandwiched between thick boxboard sheets and sealed in teambags. Sealed single cards will be packed the same way, without the sleeves. This ensures the card(s) are protected from the weather or any impact damage. Single card orders with 1-8 cards will be sent in a letter. Orders with 8+ cards will be sent in a box.
Booster boxes or other boxed/sealed items are bubble-wrapped prior to shipping to minimise the possible damages during transit. They will usually be sent in cardboard boxes.
Accessories such as sleeves, toploaders, binders etc. will be shipped in cardboard boxes/satchels without bubble wrap.
Missing packages
If you are experiencing delivery exceptions, delays or lost packages, please let us know. We will launch an investigation with Australia Post and gladly assist you in solving the issue.
Free shipping
Every purchase over $250 in Australia is eligible for free domestic shipping. The shipping discount is automatically applied during the checkout.
Preorder items
If the order contains one or more preorder items, the entire order will not be shipped out until all items have arrived to us. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please contact us.
Consolidate shipping
If you have placed multiple orders before we could ship them, they would be automatically grouped and sent as one larger parcel.
